- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. Create a free account and make up to three projects with no card required. Upgrade to Plus only when you want unlimited projects or print-ready exports.
- What’s the difference between Free and Plus?
- Free is enough to finish real keepsakes with standard exports. Plus unlocks unlimited projects, premium templates, high-resolution and PDF exports, private sharing links, and expanded storage.
- Do I have to use Everletter Family?
- No. Everletter is optional long-term preservation for keepsakes that matter. You can create, share, and export in WillowLens without an Everletter account.
- Can I cancel Plus anytime?
- Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription from billing. You’ll keep Plus benefits through the end of the paid period.
- Is there an annual option?
- Yes. WillowLens Plus is $8 per month, or $72 per year (two months free compared with paying monthly).
A future Everletter bundle may include WillowLens Plus with qualifying Everletter Family plans. The bundle is not required for launch—and is not sold here yet.
