Who we are

WillowLens (“we”) is a creative studio product related to Everletter Family. This policy explains how we handle information when you use willowlens.com and related services.

What we collect

• Account details you provide (name, email, authentication data).
• Project content you create (text, photos, design choices, exports, share links).
• Billing metadata from Stripe (customer and subscription IDs, plan status)—not full card numbers.
• Optional product analytics (pages viewed, feature usage) after you accept analytics cookies. We do not send keepsake content, passwords, or share tokens to analytics.
• Technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

We use your information to provide the studio, save and export projects, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and communicate about your account. Uploaded photos and personal stories are not used to train AI models without your explicit consent.

Privacy defaults

Projects are private by default. Sharing is intentional and revocable via view-only links you control. Private files are stored with access controls and short-lived signed URLs—not public enumeration.

Storage and processors

We use trusted providers to operate WillowLens, including Supabase (database, auth, storage), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), and optionally PostHog (product analytics) and Sentry (error monitoring). Each processes data only as needed to provide their service.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and project data while your account is active. You may delete your account from Account settings; this removes your WillowLens content and account records, subject to limited retention required for security, billing disputes, or legal obligations. Files you already downloaded remain on your devices.

Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies keep you signed in. If you accept analytics, we may set analytics cookies to understand product usage. You can decline analytics in the consent banner; essential cookies still work.

Your ownership

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate WillowLens for you.
